Very disappointed.. It seems each month we run into the same issues with Only Vet meds.. but this time, I have left 6 messages by phone and 1 email and no one is calling me back. Apparently they will say "waiting for vet to approve" but our vet doesn't get anything from them, and no one from ONly Vet meds answer or emails back. I am so very disappointed as we have be loyal for a year.

Filling and delivery of a prescription was extremely slow, 8 calendar days compared to 2-3 for a competitor. I pretty certain it is not the vet's office causing the delay. I've ordered gabapentin twice for my dog. First one was mishandled and I had to call to get it corrected. Second had a different problem, unless this is normal turnaround time. Price is excellent, which I why I bought from onlyvetmeds originally, but the slow delivery isn't worth the incremental savings over other providers.

After a week of waiting for the med, I had to called just to find out it wasn't sent yet. I had to argue with a person. Only after my phone call it was shiped.

Received order OVER A MONTH after order was placed. Trying to contact OnlyVetMeds was a circus! When I FINALLY got a hold of someone over the phone, it still took another week or so to get my product.
