I received my order, which was a 1.5mm derma roller. It took ages to arrive and although it did actually come I wish it hadn’t! At least then I could have got a refund from my credit card company. The roller is cheap and nasty, it squeaks every time I use it and leaves scratches all over my thighs. This roller was £42 so I expected more. I have a 0.75mm roller that I bought elsewhere which is far superior. This one is just cheap tat and probably worth 75p!

I purchased elastiderm eye cream over a week ago, £84 was deducted from my bank account 8 days ago from a Naples bank account, I still haven’t received my product or received payment invoice.

Please note this is not an authorised seller and they only sell fake products. Whilst it ships from the UK, the transactions on bank statement show as onlyskincare.com Naples.

Ordered Obagi Vitamin C serum for post-surgery treatment around Christmas but still (May 2025) undelivered. The Customer service as well as their UK carrier EVRi are frustrating. You received no replies although many emails sent. In the process of putting them to court. Avoid.

Unsure just now I ordered a few weeks ago and I have a tracking number that works and shows my order has arrived in the UK and I have an Evri tracking number too so everything seems legit so far - just slow Will hold out my full review for when I get my order and see if it is real/fake
