I have to say I was worried after placing my order and then looking at the reviews of the company. However my items, two obagi products, arrived within the 15 working days and I believe them to be genuine compared to the same products I've used before. The only reason for 4 stars was due to the pipette for the serum being broken

I saw the reviews after I had ordered so I was worried. But my stuff arrived after about 12 days I ordered the obaji products, I checked with chat gtp to make sure they were legit items and not fakes, I’m pleased with my products. packaging was correct and all sealed. They did email with a tracker number but it didn’t work and I tried to contact them but I wasn’t able to but apart from that all was well.

Update customer service has been excellent, the product has been replaced and is genuine and of quality. Now think maybe was a bad batch. Same as others, purchased x 2 Obagi Hydrate. Not genuine product incorrect colour texture and scent. Out of pocket my own fault, I usually check reviews did not as thought I’d used them before. The cost was no cheaper, advise not to use as not real product.

The exfoliating cleanser feels clean and brightening on skin. The scent is soft, not overpowering. Customer care responded to my routine question immediately. The package arrived quickly, intact. A confident, dependable experience in every detail.

Having read these reviews, I too was certain I had been scammed. I did have confirmation of purchase, then an email with tracking which did not work. However, I emailed and they got back within hours with a new tracking link, which showed the entire journey so far from Florida. They said it can take 12 days on average. I ordered on 11 April and it was delivered today 23 April by the end courier, Evri. I was at first concerned that the box and jar of the Elastiderm eye cream was different to my current. However, it seems to depend on where it is produced - Canada or Europe. The cream certainly seems the same as my current. I also scanned the QR code on the box to authenticate’ and it was positive. I hope this reassures that at least one of us has had a positive experience. It may be useful if there are follow-up comments if problems were resolved as their prices are certainly competitive.
