I ordered the Obagi lash serum at £85. It arrived 2 weeks later, and it’s just an empty bottle. Emailed them twice and nothing back from them. I’m mortified as £85 is so much money to loose. It’s like they’re stealing from people. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.

I had a very disappointing experience with OnlySkin Care. I ordered several Obagi products, but one item arrived opened, appeared to have been used, and looked contaminated. I contacted the company to request a return and refund, but it has been weeks and I still haven’t received a response. Based on this experience and the lack of customer service, I would not recommend this company or consider purchasing from them again. VERY disappointing

I would give the no stars if I could. Ordered Skincueticals CE Ferulic. It arrived eventually but was nothing like the one I used. I believe it to be fake and dare not use it. I contacted them they also assured me it was genuine made in France and US. Told me I could return it if it was unopened. They also told me to peel the first label off bottle. This also confirms my suspicions. They told me to open it also. Complete waste of money. I contacted my credit card company and they were really helpful. In future I will pay the full price at a recognised and authorised retailer.

Order never arrived, iy was returned to sender. Then when I complained they would not refund until it arrived back in their stockroom. I was not refunded. I had to claim back on my credit card, the whole process from date order to money back was over 2 months.

Really bad service - received the product I ordered but it is definately a fake product, the colours of the labels are different, the bottle has a wrinkly label stuck on the bottle, I questioned this with the company and they tried to fob me off with its a french product and not a US one and they are sometimes packaged differently - I requested a return and they said I could send it back and they would refund with a re stocking fee and I had to send UPS to America from UK via US and it cant be opened even thought they know that I had opened the box or how else would I see the state of the bottle. Stay away from this company, complete fraud and a waste of £120, had to bin the product

I regret nor reading the reviews before placing an order with this company. My order was placed on Feb 26th 2026 until today April 27th I am still waiting. Tge tracking number does not work any longer. I have escalated the claim with paypal. £198 out of pocket.
