I have been scammed. I will be reporting them to trading standards. I ordered an item and they sent something completely different. They are now lying and saying that they checked the item before packing and sent the correct item.

I have placed an order yesterday for Obagi products, I feel real angry with myself for not coming here first before I paid for what I think I will never receive 🫣Am contacting my Credit Card Company to see if they can help 🫣The date is 24th January I have received my order so my concerns were unfounded. I tried to stop the payment after reading reviews on here, but I was wrong I have my Obagi skin care which I am delighted with so apologies to Only Skincare for doubting you 😂😂

Be careful this company is scammer. I ordered Obagi cream, it never arrived. I had to chase them for 2 months, explaining my order might be lost. I only recived one Bot like email saying "your order was delivered, thank you for shopping with us". I asked for any proof of delivery, a photos, signature or just an email saying they delivered. Still waiting for replay, but I have a feeling I will never hear from them. In UK this is unacceptable behaivor. Here normally companies will apologise and try to help. Luckily I only lost 40£.

I had no idea I was ordering from US. Advertised delivery within 4-5 days. Once it did arrive, obagi products were clearly fake! Compared to what I had from my dermatologist. Lesson learned you get what you pay for, try I g to save a few pounds was my downfall

Shocking parcel arrived and it was a T-shirt not the pore therapy I ordered. The tracking number matched the tracking number they supplied I sent photos of the delivery including tracking number they said my order was still out for delivery! Never arrived I chased to be told it had arrived the communication is shockingly bad they don’t consider any of the points I’ve made just want me to go away!! Bad bad bad!
