Update customer service has been excellent, the product has been replaced and is genuine and of quality. Now think maybe was a bad batch. Same as others, purchased x 2 Obagi Hydrate. Not genuine product incorrect colour texture and scent. Out of pocket my own fault, I usually check reviews did not as thought I’d used them before. The cost was no cheaper, advise not to use as not real product.

Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered an Obagi product and only after ordering, did I notice they are not on the approved supplier list on the Obagi UK website. I ordered the product on Jan 28th and received a lovely welcome email. Then the delays began. No shipment updates for weeks and my item has been listed as if in Heathrow since Feb 7th. I have now a PayPal claim open to try and receive a refund. Appalling service!

I ordered an Obagi product 6 weeks ago and have still not received it. The last tracking update was 4 weeks ago, and in spite of multiple attempts to secure a refund for my undelivered product, there has been no attempt by customer service to rectify the situation. I will be reporting this website to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent services.

This website cannot be trusted. I ordered two OBAGI products a month ago. The incorrect item was delivered. Despite sending evidence of incorrect delivery, this charlatan of a website won’t send me what I ordered because they say that at some point in their dispatch process, the correct stuff was picked for me, AND thy expect me to pay for international freight to return what I did receive to them. Do not touch this website if you value your money!!!!!

This company is a scam! Don't buy from them. I lost 115£ after i waited for more than one month for a delivery that never came. All the time i requested for a refund they never addressed my request and only kept on saying that i needed to wait few more days. The tracking information shows still a January's shipping date and now it's the end of February. They did not even apologize for the extremely poor service. Absolutely appalling and definitely not to be trusted. I'll keep on writing this type of review as i want other people not to experienced anything like that and not lose their money. I'm furious!

I ordered an Obagi serum which was not genuine or had deteriorated into a vinegary liquid. I opened a dispute with PayPal and spent E12.70 sending the product back to Naples as they had requested in order to be given a refund. The Royal Mail receipt image was sent via PayPal and Only Skin Care have received the package. No refund. Paypal say my receipt was not valid. Only Skin Care did receive my package and will not refund me. £100 wasted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Also, use a credit card online to cover yourself for any disputes or scam products.
