OnlineLiquor.comReviews of onlineliquor.com

My online ordered bottle of Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Bourbon was shipped and received in perfect condition on time as requested. The packaging around the bottle was STELLAR: much appreciated and deserving of this fine Bourbon. I did not speak with anyone, as the online process was easy with no issues. Would I buy from OnlineLiquor.com again? Yes!

Zero stars. Do not recommend. Customer service is severely lacking. Communication is with an unnamed person. No phone number to speak to someone. Although I put the address to ship my order when I checked out it reverted to my address & before I could change it the payment went through. I cannot ship it to the intended recipient due to shipping laws. They are refusing to reissue the order. 4 bottles of whiskey ordered and no satisfactory options to rectify the situation.

I ordered 2 bottle of Crown Royal Marquis from OnlineLiquor.com because it was unavailable in Ohio. Shipping took one business week, which was super fast. The bottles were so carefully wrapped and packaged. Had to sign for them with UPS, which is a plus. Customer service was top notch. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy alcohol. Well done!!

Just received a new bottle of Weller. Ordered it last Friday and received in 6 calendar days. Perfectly packaged. This company is great with no shipping problems. They are very responsive to e-mail questions, too. Highly recommend

Their customer service is excellent. I mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address. They responded immediately to an email message I sent and corrected the problem. Deliveries are always timely with well packaged materials

Ordering was easy and Green Chartreuse was delivered in less than a week. I have since read all the neg reviews on TrustPilot which saddens me because my experience was two thumbs up.

I received my item within 5 days in perfect condition for a competitive price. Will use again and recommend to friends.

Onlineliqour.com is the absolute worst. It should called Scam.com because that is exactly what it is. I placed a order in Feburary 2025 and as of 25 March 2025 I still have not received my order or my refund. Next step is to get my lawyers involved i am so pissed it is unbelievable! Do not order from this company unless you want to lose your money!!
