delivery went well price just ok with shipping

Very mindful of those of us still trying to get around.

Finally found a reliable source for allocated at a fair price. Have ordered multiple times and always delivered in less than two weeks. My new go to source!

Ordered Eagle Rare 10, they sent a basic $40 bottle of Weller instead. I reached out to them, they emailed me a return label for the Weller. Asked about a discount - they offered for me to keep the Weller at 50% off, or send it back & get 20% refund. Sent it back, got $12 back, correct bottle of ER10 was sent. They included a free gift of some Japanese Grapefruit Vodka Seltzers that were pretty darn good - and I'm not even a fan of seltzers. Overall, they made a mistake with shipping, but then they did a good job making it right. Thank you.

Ordering was easy, Shipping seems to take a long time, Packaging was great bottles were very safe and protected while traveling to be delivered. The item was a 13 yr old Jamison and when we went to open the bottle the cork broke leaving half of the cork we tried pulling the rest out but it was crumbling. So by the time u get it open most of the broken cork was in so many pieces floating in the alcohol. It was supposed to be a special day and instead we had to go purchase a regular bottle of Jamison at the store .

I got the package. It ended up arriving almost two weeks after a reshipment since my initial one was lost. The company was prompt with responses to this issue. Packaging was very secure and nicely done.

Package and shipping was great. The silver on one of the bottles was very badly tarnished almost as if it had been subject to the elements outside. For me, it was no problem because I was a consumer that drinks the juice. If I was a collector and collected the bottles and did not open mine, I would be very disappointed. Other than the bad condition of the one bottle everything else was perfect.
