When the bottle arrived
When the bottle arrived, it was half the size that was expected. Not very happy had thought I was getting a normal sized bottle and it was just a small version of the normal one.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us. As stated in the item description, the rock hill has a very sensitive thin seal, we wrap the seals with extra plastic wrap but in some cases they can still leak. Top of the Forteleza bottle with cork…
Top of the Forteleza bottle with cork broke off and leaked. Have to use a wine opener to get to the tequila.

Sent me a wrong bottle and no response!!!
Sent me a wrong bottle of bourbon that I did not order. I have reached out by email several times to try and get this corrected and have gotten ZERO response. Shipping was fast and prices were ok but if you can't get my order right, or respond to emails to make it right, we won't be doing business again in the future. Unfortunately there is no phone number to even call to try and get this fixed. The crazy part is that the bottle I received is less expensive than what I had paid for!!!
