Online Liqour Sucks-Avoid at all costs

I can’t believe you would ask me how it went. You completely ripped me off out of a 10 percent discount and then never responded to multiple emails. You’all are flat out crooks!!! Wish I could both give you a zero rating and shut your business down. I hope you go bankrupt!!!! Does that provide a good flavor for how I feel?

Hello, Thank you for your review. Can you please explain the issue more clearly? We see one order was placed for a high west yippie -ky-ay on the evening of 03/28 and it was shipped out two days later on Monday afternoon and successfully delivered at 9:53am on 04/03. I looked up your email address and we do not have any emails from you, our email is [email protected] Also our site is powered by shopify, we would never and do not even have the ability to rip you off for 10% so we are not sure what you are trying to say here. We had a 10% promotion in March, when you go through our checkout process there is an option to enter and submit a promo code which applies a 10% discount if this is what you are referring to? After the promo code is applied, you enter your billing information and place the order. It is the standard simple online checkout process. We would have been happy to help you with any step of this checkout process if this is what you are implying, again I searched your name and your email associated with your order and we do not have any emails for you and for a 10% discount a promo code would have to be applied. It was used hundreds of times by other customers in March so we are not sure what your issue or problem was. You received your order within 4 days after the order was placed which is what we strive to do. We apologize for your confusion and we thank you for your order and consideration.
