Hello Michael, Thank you for your review. The Pendleton 1.75 L was a special order item from a smaller distributor which only delivers once a week. We placed an order for the item within 24 hours, our distributor ended up postponing our delivery to the following week for some reason which was the reason for the delay. We appreciate your orders and we hope to make it up to you in the future.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We did not receive any emails from you regarding this matter. Your order was placed on Monday 10/12/26 at 11:58pm and it was shipped out on the afternoon on 10/14. The shipping carrier experienced a weather a one day weather delay which is out of our control. Ground shipping usually takes 5 business days and it is scheduled to be delivered in 24-48 hours to your address. We strive to ship out orders within 24- 48 hours on business days. We hope you update this review after your package arrives. Thank you.

Hello, Thank you for your review, respectfully we would never send a defective bottle to one of our customers. We are a small family owned business and we take great pride in our service and customer satisfaction. This may have occurred in transit. We would have gladly exchanged the item for a new bottle if you would have sent us an email, we have a large stock of staggs and this is a very rare issue with this type of bottle. We sincerely apologize for this experience.
