Dear Jack, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that delivery took longer than you expected. We do feel awful when our customers are not 100% satisfied.  According to shipping terms posted on our website, we promise to deliver all items within 5-7 business days. The same information was shown on the checkout screen - "fast shipping" 5-7 business days (recently we changed this to 5-8 business days). We always notify our clients if there is any kind of issue with the order.  Your order was placed on October 30 (Friday) and delivered on November 9 (Monday), which makes it the 6th business day after the purchase date.  We understand that two weekends passed between purchase and delivery and it must have been frustrating. We apologize for any inconvenience this could have caused.  We do hope you can give our company a second chance. Sincerely, ONKRON Team
