TV stands are strong and heavy. I think they will last forever. However, the supplied bolts for the stand were painted black excessively, making it impossible to thread 4 of the bolts. I had to actually rethread the hole for the bolt to get them to fit. By that time, every bolt was stripped and I had to constantly coat them with oil and lubricant and use a monkey wrench to drive them, AFTER I rethreaded the holes. This took 2 hours for the 8 bolt holes. Plus they give you ZERO extra bolts. So you have to use the ones you strip. Very happy with the product. Very unhappy with the sloppy coating on the holes and bolts.

One of the motorized stands that I just received works good, the other is a problem. I sent a video of it operating and would like it replaced. i await your response. Bill

I ordered a TV stand for a conference, I made an error when checking out as I did not select express delivery - emailed customer service to upgrade delivery and sent an invoice for the extra that was duly paid but delivery never expedited leaving me at the conference without a TV stand which was a real pain. Getting hold of customer service in a hurry in the run up to the conference was not easy. So this was originally a 1 star review from a grumpy customer. However Onkron have apologised and offered a small discount by way of apology. I know mistakes can happen so other than the difficulties getting hold of customer service this should not be a black mark against the whole company. The quality of the TV stand is really good so I have no issue with the product at all now it has been delivered. I'm thus upgrading to a 3* review. I would buy from Onkron again and if there was no time pressure I suspect this would have been a 5* review.

We ordered this stand and parts came broken. The customer service rep did a great job quickly sending out new parts but one of the pieces arrived broken again. Still waiting on a replacement part. Customer service is great but would have liked to have the stand complete a month after ordering.

perfect finished product, but the assembly of the pole to the base with the 3 blind screws is impossible even with a good helper. you should consider a two piece screw on connection, otherwise this stand should come with 2 Zoloft and an Advisory Warning.

It took three days for someone to call me back so I could place my order. Once I spoke to your representative, the order shipped promptly. There just needs to be improvements in the order process!

Box came all broken up and ripped up also looks like it was returned before some items have been assembled by a previous owner. And parry’s came broken as well as the remote control not working. I hope this can be resolved without returning the complete unit

The order I placed did not mention in any way that it would be two pieces. So when I recieved notice of two tracking numbers and the first number was printed and not shipped I was unsure if I was getting one or two pieces. When the item arrived off of the second tracking number and it was not what I had ordered I was unsure what was going on. I checked but there was no documantation that the double screen stand would come as a single stand with the dual screen adaptor. It just lists the complete unit as in a single item. The first tracking number had still not been used and so I decided to wait a week and see if it would show up. It finally did show up and was two pieces but there was no documentation that it would be.
