Poor quality product and expensive shipping. Ended up having to buy basic vinyl at lowes for 1/5 the price because the tiles kept breaking and wouldn't connect. I chucked $300 (+200 shipping) worth of vinyl tile. Disappointed that I wasted the money.

We are very sorry to hear that you had installation trouble with the Inhaus SONO Light Castle 46194 flooring. SONO is different than other floating vinyl products - it should not be tapped together as described in the precaution section of the installation instructions. You ordered on 3/12 and it was shipped 3/16 and the tracking was emailed to you. FEDEX reports a local delivery restriction. I recommend you give FEDEX a call to determine what your local delivery restriction is. See below:
