Destruction and Restitution (all good!)
The product arrived completely destroyed but OnFlooring refunded the entire product and shipping costs without question. I would highly recommend OnFlooring!

Best price and delivered quickly
We priced the flooring we wanted at several places, OnFlooring beat everyone, and shipped it quick right to our house. The underlayment didn't come with it, though, and took so long to ship from the manufacturer that we cancelled and bought it locally. Very happy with the floor!

Delivery and quality were as advertised. I am concerned about a return inquiry. I have requested instructions both by email and phone call. I have yet to get a response.
