I got what I wanted very quickly and it…
I got what I wanted very quickly and it worked well. My only complaint is parts are included that are not needed and that makes the cost a lot more. The price was high.

Priced well fast shipping affordable flooring had excellent help with my purchase through email contacts when I got five stars except for a few pieces were damaged on the corners during shipping some protection on the corners may help since they came on large pallets with no protectionThanks would purchase again

Hi Bill. We are not sure what problem you are having for the 2-star review? You have 2 orders with us. Both for transition strips only (not flooring). The first order was from June 4 and it shipped June 7 and FEDEX delivered it on June 9. The second order was from June 17, it shipped on June 25 and FEDEX delivered it on June 28. If you have any concerns about your transition strips please let us know.

It was the wrong product
It was the wrong product. Cantacted OnFlooring and was argued with. They treated me like I was the problem and they need to get rid of me. The website changed my order from click on product to check out. When I had talked to them, I went back to website, the product was not there. They did not follow normal procedure and issue a Return Authorization. I am writing a critic to publish Internationaly on my media.

Hello Mr Frazier, After a lengthy conversation with your daughter, we determined that you got confused between another website and ours. Our website cannot change a product upon checkout. We only sell one type of Forbo Marmoleum (the Click Cinch Lock). Your daughter also recommended that we coordinate the return with her, which we did. We sent her the return authorization instructions by email on Tue, Jun 29, 3:09 PM and are awaiting a response.

Excellent company
I took a chance ordering flooring from an online company I had never heard of, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from Onflooring.com. Hands down the best prices I could find for the flooring I wanted. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring

No issues with order placement
No issues with order placement, customer service, etc. FedEx was slow in delivering...had product locally fit almost a week before delivering. Product then arrived damaged. One piece had significant scratches.
