OnFlooringReviews of onflooring.com

Do not purchase from this vendor. Horrible customer service. Stay away. Thanks for your reply. This review is for your company. And based on your reply, this is another reason consumers need to stay far away from you and your company. Thanks.

Quality product, even faster shipping than they claimed.

Great product selection. Great prices! And awesome customer service!!

The T molding matched perfectly with our marmoleum floor.

Everything was okay.

Happy with their products and the fact that shipping timelines are accurate. The threshold trim we bought took about a month to arrive, and while OnFlooring wasn't able to get me any updates on that because it was the manufacturer's shipping estimate, it did arrive in the timeframe originally given to me. If you want things quicker, order a month earlier. :)

Products were as described & available in a timely manner. Good communication via email regarding order status. A good experience overall.

Thanks! Called me to tell me what I ordered will not work with what I want to do. Y'all have some great people working there apparently! Much appreciated. Tom Russell NC
