Tiffany Davis and Melanie gave us info that did not (NOT ) agree. Following Tiffany 's info on the release of funds , we made solemn promises to several of the creditors who we are trying to pay off. We find out on the weekend a very different date of release . This makes us look untrustworthy and liars. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER. I used ORM for a refi that started in Nov 2017 and we didn't get to closing until April 2018. Everytime we submitted paperwork, their so called "legal" team always had something else they needed and told it it was a law in Texas (where we live, they were in California) that we have this special insurance that cost us almost twice what we were carring. After a few months of paying the higher premeium, I found out we didn't need it. I also have to pay an additional $1,000 in closing cost because they delayed everything as I was trying to expedite to keep from going into another month after month cost ME dollars. They twice told me I would be closing at a certain amount, but after a couple months they sent a letter stating the increase cost for closing. Their legal team twice delayed the property deed update, forcing crossing into another then a second month for recording. I told them it was recorded (twice) and gave them the document number(s) each time that the court house gave me for recorded, but they delayed three weeks because thats what they think in California. A horrible experiece and I have bought three homes in Texas and without any issues, closed in less than thirty days. Horrible experience.
