Absolutely no complaints. Every portion of the process was carried out professionally and with minimal difficulty. Highly recommended.

Kevin is very knowledgeable so was able to respond to all of my concerns. He also kept the process moving at a good pace.

My case was a bit unusual and I believe this was source of friction. I believe the staff are very well trained to work with the usual and are able to do an excellent job. I also believe that he staff are probably 'mentally confined' to the usual set of circumstances and that they have difficulty adjusting to the unusual. Overall, a period of around 4 months to complete the process was too long.

Working with Linda and Claudia was a great pleasure. While they were exceedingly polite and pleasant, it was carried out within a highly efficient, effective, and helpful business framework.. In other words...these were not people simply being nice, as appreciated as that was, they were clear, concise, keeping the process moving forward. But not too fast a pace. They were responsive....but gave you space and time to think, as well. They were there...but they did not push. Their responsiveness was fantastic. If they said they call, or contact us, they did. Simple, but increasingly rare these days. In conclusion, whether one gets a reverse mortgage or not is a question for each particular individual or family to make for themselves. I will not recommend it to anyone, or not recommend it to anyone. But if you ARE interested in finding out, in detail, about the process, Linda, Claudia, and the One Reverse Team are the people to go with!

He explained exactly what this was and answered all of our questions and started the process. We received our initial package and he went through it page by page with us and made it easy and painless to get through the paperwork. We were passed onto to Claudia Acuna for the final review and preparation. Again, she was professional and very helpful. We highly recommend One Reverse to anyone wanting proceed in this direction.
