Excellent in all aspects but one. The appraisal through a One Reverse contractor treated our house as a commodity rather than the one-of-kind antique and well cared for property it is. Our city is a patchwork of small neighborhoods with widely varying values in close proximity. Our appraisal lumped us with inappropriate comparables. However, the representatives we dealt with offered such excellent communications and willingness to make the best deal possible, that we are still very pleased with our outcome.

The people we dealt with have been informative and answered all our questions.
