The doctors have been great. The entire rest of the experience has been horrible since Amazon took over. You can no longer speak with your local office on the phone. You get sent to a call center where they have 0 idea whatsoever how anything works. My husband and I have had the same insurance for over 4 years. He received a message today that his insurance was invalid. When calling to get the issue corrected they accused him of being a scammer because I am the primary account holder and my name is on our insurance. They could not resolve the issue and were very rude.

I spent 240 dollars on a visit. She wouldn’t order labs or med refills. What a waste time. This is a scam!!!! Be wary!!!!

We made the mistake of getting their services. Complete fraud- they’d have a 12 minute telephone visit and code it as a 60 minute to our insurance. It’s ridiculous how they cheat and lie because they know they can get away with it. And they will harass you everyday. It’s crazy. Avoid at all costs.

This is possibly one of the worst services I've ever used. I scheduled a remote visit off my desktop and followed up with the admin team to ensure it was included in the membership fee. I received the following response from Gabi B.: "For Telehealth visits, we have 2 different types of visits. For regular remote visits, those are 30 minutes in length and get billed the same as office visits. For the urgent video chats, those are 15 minutes in length and are included in your annual membership fee" My appointment was 15 minutes - so I didn't question that it would be included in the membership fee. To my dismay, I received a bill for $195.20 for an 8-minute remote visit. I have called the billing department over 12+ times getting sent in a circle and reached out via email 4x of which none have been acknowledged. It has been 5 month's and I'm still trying to sort this mess as One Medical refuses to acknowledge the false information it provided me and provide basic customer support. I will never use this service again and would recommend you save the $200/annual membership fee. This service provides zero value and is really just an aggregator of medical providers in which you have zero price transparency (my remote visit was 'in-network').

This service is DANGEROUS! Completely undereducated nurse practitioners making decisions that undermine data coming from other DOCTORS treating same issue in same patient successfully for many years. Completely unable to acknowledge the nuance in situations from patient to patient, even with records of previous success and failure with same exact issues and patients being familiar with their bodies and their needs, and seem to be copying and pasting predetermined prescription rebuttals. This is very dangerous. Pay the extra money and go on plush care.

The Health Coaches are not experienced enough in customer care or knowledgeable about some of the issues a patient might have or need. They give wrong info, do not respond in a timely manner or not at all to patients texts. One doctor wrote an insulin prescription incorrectly, whiched caused me not to have a full 90 day supply that I paid and didn't have the funds to pay to cover the doctors err. So I didnt have a complete 90 day supply of insulin and they would not pay for their mistake. There is more with this incident and it is not good. Very unprofessional. I have never had a doctor not listen to my heart nor do I get weighed during a visit. I have to request to be weighed. I have heart and weight issues ???? I think another medical provider is in the near future.

What a joke. False advertising. Yes you can email providers but good luck getting a response. Or an appointment. Bezos should be embarrassed.
