A good job. Telephone support with a real live person in less that 5 minutes is really pretty amazing.

Easy to use, updates via email make it easy to track filing progress. So user friendly that it's one less thing to worry about when on a deadline.

The program will freeze if I have too many filings in one log-in. Other than that I am pleased. The software is easy to understand and follow.

I would recommend OneLegal to anyone. But if I were to critique anything for further improvement, I'd point out the current inability to put in punctuation marks in the doc description. I usually copy & paste, and it's cumbersome to have to delete all commas, apostrophes, etc.

Filing was done on time.

Questions are not answered promptly. I submitted an order prior to hearing and now that the hearing date has passed cannot locate an Order!

One Legal provides fast, reliable service of process and court filing at reasonable rates, throughout California and (I'm told) the nation. What's not to like?!

This is the easiest of the e-filing services to use and my office will never use another company.
