I have had good experiences with One Legal with the e-filing mostly. The efficiency and cost are good.

Expanding service causes problems.
I have used One Legal before before they started servicing the Los Angeles County Superior Court and was very happy with the service especially the customer service. However, I have notice a decline in customer service when they moved in to Los Angeles and other areas. It is also impossible to contact them by phone to ask a question, which I suspect is their intention.

I am very satisfied with One Legal …
I am very satisfied with One Legal accept when there is a problem. Sometimes it is hard to get through on the telephone and the email response is slow even though you do say it will be slow. But if we need and answer right away on a problem, it is difficult to contact you.

I am always impressed with the turnaround of documents conformed after filing online. There was only one instance that there was a delay, and it was rectified within the hour of inquiring of the status. Thank you for being so reliable.

Number ONE Online LEGAL Service
One Legal is an excellent online attorney service, and the only one we use. We love the status emails regarding our court filings, and the phone calls if something is needed to make our filings happen. An added bonus is the One Legal newsletter and court updates! One Legal is an appropriate name for this company -- it is the number ONE online LEGAL service.

Electronic Filing & Service Works Well - Much Easier in OC vs LA County
Like the helpful electronic filing and service of motion papers. Sorry to say the web site is a bit vague about procedure for lodging a confidential MSC statement (re settlement offer). Have not had great luck with the process servers - seems easier to hire them separately. That way the lawyer can talk directly to the server - not allowed when working through OneLegal. Thanks for making life far easier than it used to be before electronic filing and service (and still is in LA County). Software is a bit buggy - have to keep putting in 4 lawyers names in one case - but overall it is a solid system.
