The ordering process was easy
The ordering process was easy. When an item arrived damaged/broken Liliana expeditiously worked to get me the proper return label and a replacement item as soon as possible. She was kind and very helpful. Loved the customer service I received. The quality of the furniture ordered as also very good.

Exceptional customer service
When I called to order nightstands for my son's apartment, the agent who answered the phone could not have been kinder. I had questions about assembly and the agent assured me someone would get back in touch with me as soon as they consulted with the company. Indeed, just a few days later, I received an email explaining that the nightstands would be fully assembled no assembly would be required. I am impressed with the agent who ordered the tables for me, the speed at which they are being delivered, and the follow-up regarding assembly. This is an exceptional company and I will continue to use you.

Great service & great product.
Quick delivery, and they even put in the extra effort to deliver it to my apartment. The product was great, a lot sturdier than I expected. I’d definitely purchase something from them again, couldn’t have had a better experience and I don’t have the best luck with online shopping.

I needed assistance in canceling
I needed assistance in canceling a mistaken order and was wonderfully surprised at how easy and streamlined the process could be. My rep, Bianca E. put up no resistance to my request even though it was my mistake. It's great to see good. Customer service in retail… when It seems to be few and far between these days.

Good products - Great Company!
The headboard was great but it was One Kings Lane's responsiveness and willingness to fix a shipping issue that has won me over. Taking responsibility for their goof and then providing an immediate remedy was both welcome and satisfying, not to mention surprising these days.
