Excellent Customer Care from Bianca E.
Bianca E. handled my complaint, about OKL’s delayed delivery, courteously and professionally; and provided me with a reasonable incentive for my inconvenience. Her Customer Care was excellent and quite refreshing, as Customer Care these days has sadly deteriorated for many online retailers. Bianca E. is an asset to your Company and should be commended for how she represents the One King Lane brand.

I have ordered from OKL over the years…
I have ordered from OKL over the years with great success. On my last order, the item just was not a fit for the project but OKL made it a smooth process to return the piece, an ottoman, which was very much appreciated.

Found out that the item I ordered…
Found out that the item I ordered wouldn’t end up fitting in the space I purchased it for. The tech was professional and went above and beyond to get the item canceled even though several days went by and said could only cancel within 24hrs. It was canceled and refund issued. Highly satisfied
