I was charged a nearly 30% restocking fee on my order (boxes unopened) of $277. Shocking, disappointing and will not be shopping here again. Beware of very bad, very expensive return policy!!

The worst furniture company on the planet. Do not order anything from them. Lie after lie, they hold your money hostage. Nobody in the U.S. all employees out of the country. Never order from this company. Horrible!!!!!!!

SCAM! I ordered two brand name pillows and received sale pricing and had a discount code. I received an email confirming my order, the next day I received an email telling me my addresses didn't match on my order (even though I have email confirmation they do) and it looked fraudulent and therefore they cancelled my order. LIES! LIES! LIES! I'm sure OKL tried to place the order with the brand and realized their mistake. My billing and shipping address were the same, and nothing nothing like this has ever occurred. The pillows the next day were then no longer on sale and listed at twice the price. I called customer service (in a foreign company) and they just wanted to refund me. When I pressed for the earlier pricing they told me I'd have to reorder online, pay the new prices, and and call back in the future to get a price adjustment. Ah, no thanks and you lost a customer! 100% Scammers... I think this is fraud!

I am one who quite literally never provides reviews (maybe 2 or 3 in my entire 63 years) although I have shopped online almost exclusively for the last 15 or 20 years. I'm doing so now because I have become so frustrated with the degree to which even allegedly locally owned or US companies are "outsourced". Sadly, One King's Lane has succumbed and now provides very poor customer service - apparently they have been purchased by some large conglomerate, along with several other merchants including Bed Bath and Beyond (also providing very poor customer service in recent months). Specifically, I went online to order a product and kept getting stuck at various phases of the process, never able to get past the "add to cart" stage. I initiated an online chat during which they kept repeating questions and answers already asked and answered (at one point I actually asked if there were two ongoing chats - there were not), they offered no solutions or options (after telling me they could not take the order) until I pressed them for a phone number late in the chat, at which point they provided one. Calling that number I was told there was an issue with their "system" but they would call me back in a couple hours when it's fixed. At this point I have little faith that they will, I do, however, hope so because I spent several hours chasing down this product and it's in limited supply (as they acknowledged).

Do not buy from this company! We ordered an 1150.00 153lb dresser. Before we ordered we asked if there assembly and we were told no assembly needed that it would come in one piece. Not only did it NOT come in one piece, we only got one of two boxes. I’m trying to resolve the issue they asked us to send a picture of the box which I did…3 times! They claim to not have received it. Told me to have someone help me send an email! Horrible customer service all the way around. As of now I have of a dresser!

I ordered 3 pillow covers November 5th 2025 due to arrive in January. No emails. No updates I have been demanding a refund for months with no response and this is my last stop before I contact my credit card company. It’s been 7 months and still says “waiting to be fulfilled” 3 pillows covers, $70 shipping - $286 Order 913103.

The customer service with this company is a truly horrible experience. We bought a $2,500 rug, unwrapped it and put in the living room. The color is different than depicted online, so we need to return. Called to return it and they explained a 15% restocking fee will be applied, up to $100. We are paying over $350 for receiving a rug and shipping it back. Let that sink in. We submitted an inquiry to get this waived due to the inaccuracy of the online photo and they ignored it, until we wasted more time to call again. When calling again, they said "my manager is not available today, due to a training, and they won't be avaialble until tomorrow afternoon." Do not buy from this store, you will regret it as the experience is truly awful.

I have used this company quite a few times over the years but they have really gone downhill. I purchased two throw pillows that were advertised as Taupe with Green but the pillows are actually very Green with very small Taupe accents. In design, this makes a very big difference. Anyway, I asked for a return and was sent a message that my purchase was not returnable, although nothing on the website stated this was a "final sale" or "not returnable". I reached out to their customer service and pushed back on this so they offered to let me return pillows but would charge "return fees". My original purchase was $202.51 including shipping and tax. They offered to refund me only $145.00 and I'd paid a whopping $27.95 for shipping for the two pillows 18"x18" pillows, which I thought was a outrageous but online, they looked like a perfect fit. Needless to say, I will never, ever use this company again. I suspect they are having financial problems, hence their usury and unreasonable customer policies, but isn't running a company in this way going to assure your ultimate demise? Too bad - they used to have such curated inventory and wonderful customer service. CONSUMER BEWARE!
