Don’t use this company!!!! Don’t believe this website! Other that have rated Kings lane have all poor ratings as opposed to this one! Bought two full price $300.00 matching lamps and one was received broken. After much delayed in customer service told me vendor said they were out of stock till September and so they would give me 25% the broken one. Laughable, Kings Way has five in stock but won’t replace my broken one, they say the vendor had to do it!!!! Worse yet this is owed By Bed Bath And Beyond! Don’t use this company

Do not use this company. They lie about delivery dates. My delivery date was Dec 26-Jan 7. As of today, Jan 14th I've been told by the carrier that the item wasn't available to be picked up, by OKL that the item had left the warehouse (but no idea about where it was or who had it) and a delivery estimate of a month late. It really stinks - they have some beautiful things and I'm (was) a repeat customer. Their customer service and attention to detail is awful.

False advertising. Won't honor discounts they advertise and when you email and question it they just say sorry, not for discount even when not specified as excluded. Really bad customer service.

I would never order from this company again. They delivered the wrong sofa and agreed to accept a return, but have made it impossible to actually return the sofa. I've spent hours on hold trying to fix the problem. It seems like they're determined to keep people from completing their returns. The problem is still not fixed.

I ordered a sofa, and it was made-to-order so it took five months to arrive. When it arrived I discovered it was the wrong color. There are no returns allowed. It looks like the color I ordered isn't listed on the website anymore, so they just sent me another color (and thought I wouldn't notice??). When I spend thousands of dollars on a piece of furniture, I expect it to be what I ordered.

This company is awful. Furniture that was delivered was damaged. Called customer service who said they would email me and that I could send photos of damaged couch. Never received email. The delivery service was awful. They couldn't get the box that the couch was in through the door so they just left leaving my from door open. I will never, ever buy anything from One Kings Lane again. So sad.

I ordered a bench, nightstands and dresser from OKL in early July. I understand shipping takes a long time. My order showed up late in August, damaged. There was a huge hole in the back of the dresser and the nightstands were dented on the sides. The bench was ok so we kept it. The expected delivery for the replaced items was early Sept. The shipping company messed up my tracking numbers and kept saying "OKL hasn't delivered the items" and delayed my shipment over and over. OKL said "oh Pilot has it, that is what they told me" and were rude when I questioned them. The OKL customer service rep, who had been helpful in the beginning (I will give him that credit), just stopped helping me when I called frustrated with the back and forth. I spent way too much money on this furniture for them to just point fingers at each other and NOT HELP ME. Finally Pilot figured it out and got me in contact with the local shipping company who actually delivers to my house. They called and informed me me new delivery was also damaged. It is October 7th!!! Just ridiculous service. Cute furniture but don't shop here.

You are the worst company I've ever dealt with! You took my money and after 3 weeks you told me that the item was out of stock! And that's after I called you to find out why it had not shipped. buyers beware! Do not buy from them. Thieves!
