Liliana V. was/is a Customer Service “dream come true”! From the first time I was transferred to her in the “Escalations“ department of One Kings Lane and through several additional connections, she provided the most professional yet warm and helpful experience I think I’ve ever had with any company’s customer service! She listened carefully and with empathy in understanding my particular questions and needs regarding my rug order. Liliana diffused my anxiety and followed through on every aspect of my concerns. I had never gone to OKL to shop before this experience but because of Liliana, it is now the first website I check when there is something I need to find for my home. Her consistent, reliable and accountable interactions with me made a lasting impression and I am very grateful to her for the incredible help she provided me! P.S.
