I did receive my headboard, it’s nice, but not worth the $600 I paid. The struts for this headboard are too tall…so unless your bed it 26 inches or taller there will be a few inches of a gap btwn the mattress and bottom of this headboard. Customer service says sorry…but nothing they can do. Some day we will all get fed up hopefully and start shopping at brick and mortar stores again.

I ordered a product a month ago. Easy to order. Product came in early. Delivery was great. Unfortunately it came in damaged. Paid for in advance. They took the product away but I cannot get hold of anyone to help. I had to just send an on line picture and the hope of being called back. I looked on line for an actual support with a real person but cannot find anyone. So now One Kings Lane is holding on to my money and have no clue what will happen.

Thank you, Gala Diaz, for assisting me in this nightmare. She was very helpful in facilitating the missing items and my advocate. But overall, I would not recommend this company or buy from here again. From ordering the bed and never getting any updates until I randomly checked it's tracking number and it was being delivered that very same day, after we already left the house. To opening the package and realizing that there are in fact two separate shipments, not one, so we had to wait even longer to assemble. Then when the 2nd shipment arrived, it was missing vital pieces so we still couldn't assemble. By this point we had already dissembled our old bed, so we slept on our mattress on the floor for about 15 days. Finally, the missing pieces arrive, only to have the 4 corner legs not function properly and the tools/bolts did not properly fit into the legs, so again, we wait for new legs. What I was hopeful for was a new bedframe has now has been a month long saga and nightmare. Finally it is all solved, thanks to Gala Diaz, but I would remiss to say that this company needs better communication with their customers (sending out tracking emails - your package has been sent! and informing us that there are two packages!) to audits and checks/balances in the warehouse (missing pieces, pieces that are unfit for consumption). This might have been an anomaly, and I am just the unlucky customer, or maybe it is a regular practice. I don't know. I hope you have some User-Experience professionals that are assisting with these scenarios because my experience was less than ideal. Again, thank you Gala Diaz for your help and swiftness in helping me along the way!

Item not as described online. I ordered a console table in a natural finish that was 9.5 inches wide. It arrived and it's white washed and 14 inches wide. It also wasnt packaged properly and the drop pulls left black marks all over the front. Still waiting on a refund nearly two weeks later with NO response from customer service. This item looks like a POS from home goods and I paid over $1500. OKL has gone WAYYYY down hill from years past...

As everyone has already complained, damaged furniture. I was so dumb to ask for a replacement instead of my money back. Their packages are terrible and delivery service too.
