Satisfaction with prompt service …
I contacted Customer service regarding a request for a price adjustment on a headboard I purchased, one month prior, that had not yet been delivered, and was further reduced since my purchase. Ricardo a supervisor in Customer Service dealt with the issue and did make the adjustment accordingly. Which was greatly appreciated.

Lovely Surprise!
I am so very pleased to inform everyone that, after a number of emails I was informed by One Kings Lane That they decided to refund my money towards the purchase of the Shannon two-seat sofa! It could not be brought through the doorway and made an exception in my case. I am very grateful that they took the time to read my emails and understood my position.

Best quality out there!
I don’t care what anyone says. This is the truth! I just received my sofa from One King Lane and this thing is perfect! I was supposed to receive in March and got it early, but cannot complain about that! This company knows what they are doing. If you want a quality sofa that will last a lifetime, please listen to me: buy a sofa from this company! You won’t regret it! I have owned numerous premium sofas, chairs, etc. along the years and I know quality. I am so pleased with my purchase!!!! Incredible quality and beautiful! Thank you, One Kings Lane! You have kept quality production at the forefront and I am very glad I ordered directly from you. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’d give you 7 stars if I could!!!! Pleasantly surprised
It was my first time shopping at OKL. I bought a vintage lamp and a dining table. I have always loved OKL but was skeptical of their service from reviews.Everything was delivered nicely and it is exactly as described on website. I had an issue with the lamp delivery and customer service agent was very patient and helpful in sorting out the two process delivery process. Highly recommended

Great prices and selection.
We ordered the large Riviera rug. It was a $750 rug and with the discounts it only cost $360 shipped. What a great deal and great service. They also have hard to find kitchen items that my wife loves.
