One Kings Lane customer service is really fantastic. I called on two separate occasions and spoke with Jesus and Francisco. Both were helpful, candid and knowledgeable. I’m not happy about the fact, that the delivery company delivered my purchase to the wrong address and that I received the wrong order. If I were One Kings Lane, I would change their delivery Company. I watched them drop the package from the truck and were careless with the other packages. I give five stars to this company because of my experience with their employee Frank, (Francisco Ivan Mendez Gordillo). He dug right in and solved the problem concerning the 20% discount that I signed up for. He was super helpful, super time efficient. In July, I ordered a pair of lamps from One Kings Lane. Although they were well-packed, one of them arrived with a small dent in the lamp shade. Andrea with customer support was extremely easy to work with, and she coordinated with the vendor to send a replacement lampshade. The lamps look great!
