No Credit for new sale price - less than 1 week
I ordered a coffee table on a Monday - it was delivered on Friday - on Sunday I see that the same coffee table is now "on sale" for 20% less than what I paid (not even a week ago). When I called to ask for a credit for the difference, they said that I would have had to request that within 48 hours of placing my order and that it's company policy not to give any kind of credit. Very disappointed with this company and will think twice before ordering from them again

Horrible company
Horrible company. Never responded to my emails. I called today to cancel an item that never shipped for an order I placed over two months ago. I would avoid them if I were you.

I ordered a vintage coronation mug over…
I ordered a vintage coronation mug over a month ago. Money was promptly taken out of my checking account, and I have never received the mug. Their customer service is terrible. I got no help from them at all. I think I’m just out 100 and some bucks.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I sent 2 emails with questions about a purchase. no one responded. I called and got someone say english is not their first language. when I asked for a supervisor they refused. They double charged me for the product.

Wish I had read these before I bothered…
Wish I had read these before I bothered using One Kings Lane. I bought 3 Visby wall mirrors that were on sale. As I was placing my order, I got a text saying I'd get 20% off for signing up for texts, so I did. Well, they did not give me the sales price and refuse to correct it now. Mirrors also came without any hardware to hang them. Terrible company. Use anyone but them. Awful!

A Big ZERO in customer service
So sad when you have to come to trust pilot to leave a review from Horrendous customer service. OKL has beautiful products that deserve a 5 star rating and MINUS rating on customer service. In essence they don't believe in customer service and it is your privilege to purchase from them. Do your best to find merchandise elsewhere and if you dare purchase from them say a prayer that it is in good condition and they actually communicate with you as to when it is arriving

Placed an order for a dining table
Placed an order for a dining table. It was received damaged, not once but TWICE. Communication with customer service is impossible and not forthcoming. Never seem to get the same customer service representative and even after them giving me their “direct” email NO return responses on their responsibility of what the solution should be. Once I finally got through and we agreed on a resolution of a credit so that I could have the table repaired locally, it was not the amount that we had agreed upon nor was it in the time frame assured. I am out of pocket to repair it and stuck accepting a table of poor quality. BEYOND frustrating experience. I have been in the design industry over 30 years and never treated my customers so poorly!
