This company is a scam!
Ordered two vases & my credit card was charged immediately despite being informed that the items were on back order. After several delays and approximately 6 months, I sent emails requesting a refund, but heard nothing. Finally, I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they cancelled the order & issued a refund. This company is a scam.

Do not order from One Kings Lane
UPDATE 8/9 I would like everyone to know that One Kings Lane is still failing to provide a solution to this issue. I was informed this week that my shipment was expected to ship today. As expected, I did not receive tracking information and when I followed up, OKL informed me that my shipment was pushed back again. I am certain that this order is never going to be fulfilled. DO NOT ORDER FROM ONE KINGS LANE Do not order from One Kings Lane. I spent over $1k on chairs on June 3rd that were expected to arrive a month ago. I have received no communication from the company. I have chatted with customer service several times and they keep providing me ship dates and not following through. I am convinced these chairs are never going to arrive. Do not waste your time ordering from this store.

Very disappointed in Kings Lane
Very disappointed in Kings Lane. Unlike other online stores, they return policy is poor. I ordered a rug which came with a very bulky edge, A possible tripping hazard. I called them anticipating to pay the shipping. I did not anticipate having to pay a 15% restocking fee. Instructed to send a picture and then they denied my claim. I have incurred all the extra costs. I had anticipated ordering another rug, but with the poor taste left in my mouth, I will never order from lane again. Big customer relations mistake .

First time I’ve been scammed
First time I’ve been scammed. I purchased a sofa in February 2024. When I checked my order status, it looked odd so I called the company. They said everything was in order And that I could expect delivery between July 11 and 25. I knew that going in but really loved the couch. I called four more times in the following months and The delivery date was affirmed each time (I was hoping it might be moved up.) When I called on July 9 to get a specific delivery date the customer service rep said the manufacturer quit doing business with one king lane IN MARCH and that all orders from that company has been canceled and refunded. He couldn’t understand why mine hadn’t been and he began the process. Right. What are the chances I will get back my $2000?

I ordered a $515 sconce and-returned it well within the return date limit … they only gave me $219 refund! Unacceptable! That is a 42% charge. I would NEVER HAD ORDERED it if I had known this.OUTRAGEOUS.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered and paid for a bed and…
I ordered and paid for a bed and concierge service. I was giving an arrival time for the bed. That date came and went and I started calling OKL. I talked to multiple people, all saying they were checking with the vendor and get back to me. No one ever called back and to date I still dont have the bed but they have my money. GRRRRRR. BAD
