Bait and Switch
When I originally spoke with customer service I was given the option to replace or repair the damaged chair I received. I was also given the option to repair and if I was unhappy with the results, then subsequently replace. However, when I reached out to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the repair job I was told there was nothing One Kings Lane could do for me. Buyer beware. I will not be purchasing from One Kings Lane again.

No refund
I had generally positive experiences with One Kings Lane, but then I purchased a chair earlier this year that arrived damaged. Despite it being obvious that the chair was damaged beyond repair, I had to wait for a technician to come and pronounce that the chair was damaged beyond repair. After I was finally able to return the chair, I had to follow-up after over a month went by when I did not receive my refund. I was then told that I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 business days, but then I never received the refund, and had to follow-up again after one month went by. The customer service is horrible and I will no longer purchase any products from this company.

Customer service is nonexistent
Customer service is nonexistent. You speak with multiple people and there is no follow up. I have been requesting a refund for over a month and haven’t received an email or a refund. This company is a scam.

Not even one star for this company
Not even one star for this company , they take your money and ship nothing , poor customer service , they are either scammers or stealers nothing you want to get anything to do, my rug over 1000 never was shipped

White glove delivery- Beware !
I bought a supposedly in stock rug with white glove delivery that costs $279 extra for this service and after months of waiting , my rug is now scheduled to be simply dropped off instead of the white glove delivery i paid for. I called several times to customer service and agents say they will correct the problem but the shipper never received any updates from One King’s Lane. They are defrauding customers by charging white glove delivery but not fulfilling it !

$3500 for the wrong color couch
Spent $3500 on a LIGHT BLUE couch and was delivered a DARK BLUE couch they could not care less “ our vendor has confirmed this is the correct color fabric and that the lighting can make a difference” huh? It’s 100 percent the wrong color. Zero interest in making the situation right - they are disgusting.

This is by far the worst place to…purchase from
This is by far the worst place to purchase anything from. I order four items and at the time were assured they were in stock. On the second order I joined the rewards program for 100.00. And used it on one item which they canceled because it was out of stock. I’ve been attempting to get a refund for the items that are out of stock I mean after all it’s been month…every time I call I get a different answer… this I requested to cancel the reward program since I never used it due to the item not being available … this has been a nightmare and calling Mexico City which is there call center is a joke…. I have never gotten any correspondence let me know the status on my orders …my next step is to contact my credit card company
