The customer service agent was incredible! He very quickly was able to source the instructions I needed to reassemble a bed that I purchased a few years ago. He was very responsive, fast and polite! What ann amazing employee!

You willl not be disappointed on One Kings Lane!!
My helping agent Kris answered the phone within 30 seconds a rare event when you call a large company. Not only was he helpful. He spoke clear English and was able to answer all my questions. He did need to refer to the manufacturer for one odd thing I had requested which he did and got back to me within 45 minutes. One King’s Lane has it altogether! A great place to shop!

Lamp debacle.
Lilliana helped me considerably with a problem that arised when I ordered 2 lamps and one came damaged, the other had a very damaged box and wasn’t possible to return the lamp without a huge hassle for me. She promptly took care of the issue. I was quite pleased with One Kings Lane’s solution and will remain a loyal customer for that reason.
