Not worth my time
I have been trying to make my time investment into OneForma pay off for several years. It's incredibly hard to get a project, and there are way too many certifications you need to pass for extremely low-paying ones. Many of these multiple-choice tests contain errors, so passing them can be a matter of luck. If you report an error, you never hear back from anyone. The support seems to be non-existent. If you ever get into a project, the project doesn't start or you can work on it for a few weeks, on buggy platforms, and then there is no support if something goes wrong and then you get removed for inactivity, being gaslit into thinking you did something wrong. I have worked on almost all the data annotation and crowd sourcing platforms and OneForma has been the one with the lowest ROI, meaning I have invested countless hours into useless qualifications that didn't lead anywhere. I had already given up on OneForma, but gave them another chance when they revamped their website, but it's still the same old, same old. I would definitely not recommend them to a friend. I wonder if some of their advertised projects even exist.

Scammer . I was trying to complete face verification but it was unsuccessful . I get logged out my account . When I try to login into my account . The website say ,your account is inactive . I received email due to suspicious activity my account disabled . I haven't done anything wrong . They are scammer . Without any reason they can disable your account anytime.

Fake company don't trust this company I applied job text response but after I get confirmation from them I worked almost 8 to 9 hours per but they manipulatd working hours and suddenly they deactivate my account not givwn payment so don't trust this this so fake don't waste time and money on this platform we need remove like these companies and ban

Account was disabled cause for just 1 time i forgot to disable my VPN. Sent an e-mail to explain and asked for my account to be reactivated, a case number was created, and didn't receive an answer for 3 months.

I want to receive my payment
I want to receive my payment for the Diting 015 and 016 projects. I worked in March and April and haven't received it yet. The project managers are no longer responding to me. The last time they contacted me was last month when they said I would receive it this month, and so far there's no record of it in my payment history. I want my money, which would be 300 euros.

FOLLOW-UP: They DISABLED my account after my first review – FAKE reply exposed
⚠️ THIS IS A FOLLOW-UP TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW ⚠️
On my original review, OneForma posted a reply on April 3, 2026, claiming:
"A full explanation, including payment status and findings from our review, has been provided to you via email."
THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE.
Here is what actually happened:
On March 16, 2026 – before their fake "professional" reply – they sent me this email:
"Your OneForma account has been deactivated due to suspicious activities detected on your account."
Case ID: 7776634
They disabled my account. Then, weeks later, they pretended on Trustpilot that they "reviewed my case" and sent me an explanation.
THE TRUTH:
❌ My account is DEACTIVATED. I cannot log in.
❌ I received NO explanation about my unpaid $266.18.
❌ The only email I got was an account deactivation notice.
❌ Their Trustpilot reply is FALSE AND MISLEADING.
Why did they disable my account?
Because I posted an honest review exposing their non-payment and hours manipulation. Instead of paying me for 120+ hours of work, they silenced me.
To other freelancers:
This is their pattern:
Steal your time and refuse to pay
Disable your account when you speak up
Post fake "we care" replies on Trustpilot
Never actually resolve anything
My original review details:
120+ hours of work (8-9 hours daily, they counted only 5)
USD 16.18 incentive – unpaid
10-15 days main work – unpaid
4+ months of ignored follow-ups
All evidence documented (screenshots, emails)
OneForma – stop pretending. You disabled my account on March 16. Your April 3 reply is a lie. Either pay me or stop misleading other freelancers on this platform.
I have screenshots of everything – the deactivation email, their fake reply, all payment failures, and hours manipulation.

An irresponsible company
I applied for a job posting they published two years ago. For every job I’ve applied for so far, the status has either been “Certification pending” or “Under review,” and I haven’t received any response—positive or negative. Despite this, they continue to post the same job openings on LinkedIn. This platform is irresponsible; it takes advantage of people’s expectations and never responds. A company should not keep an applicant waiting for more than 1–2 months and must provide some form of feedback. I do not recommend this platform to anyone, and I am waiting for them to respond to me.
