I need oneforma to please review my account because I don't understand which suspicious activities I've been doing in an account I only loginto to look if there is any work. And there is hardly any work to begin with so what suspicious activities would I be up to when so far I've only gotten one job which I did successfully. Like seriously this is so disappointing. And the emails I've sent to the review team are not being answered

Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration. We understand how confusing it can be when your account is affected. Account decisions are handled only by our Account Review team. If you’ve already emailed [email protected], your request is in the queue. Please avoid sending repeated emails, as this can slow down the review. The team is currently handling a higher-than-usual volume of requests, so we kindly ask for your patience. You can also send us a message on any of our social channels, and we’ll be happy to check on your account.

Needs some serious protocol reviews
I've been a OneForma collaborator for over 5 years. For most of this period, my experience have been very positive. That changed once I found myself in a situation where I needed support. If you go through the proper channels, all you get is an automated answer and you have no idea if someone is actually looking at the issue. I had to leave a lot of comments on social media to get some attention. And it took over 40 days to have my issue solved, which in my opinion is a pretty unreasonable time.
That said, the team who runs OneForma's Linkedin was very helpful and considerate once they got a handle on the situation. They kept me on the loop the whole time and were pretty fast once I raised another issue I was dealing as a consequence of the first. I just think users shouldn't have to complain on social media in order to have their issues looked at.
One thing I think would help avoid these type of situations is a review of their safety protocols. Automatic account suspension is an extreme measure and should not be enforced so gratuitously, specially when it takes so much time to be human reviewed. In most cases, a simple popup warning message would suffice. When you have a system that suspends accounts en masse, you create a situation in which many users will flood the support department with more requests than the company can handle within a reasonable timeframe.

Hello Daniel, thank you for taking the time to write this, and for being so measured about it. After five years with us, having a poor experience when you finally needed support isn't what we'd want, and we're sorry it took as long as it did.
Your central point is a fair one, and response times have been longer than usual following our platform relaunch in August, but that's an explanation rather than an excuse for 40 days.
We've noted your feedback on the suspension process and will pass it on internally. It's a constructive suggestion and worth raising with the teams who own it.
We're glad we could get things sorted in the end, and thank you for staying with us through it. Do reach out any time. 😊

I have had rather rhapsodic experience…
I have had rather rhapsodic experience with them.
I have been working with them since summer, 2024. I have worked on several projects so far.
Some projects are quite nice!
Guidelines are available and OK to understand and follow, communication with project managers are relatively smooth, payment is OK.
And then you have other projects, where communication with project managers is a nightmare, they are unresponsive, payment is heavily delayed or happening only partially, or not happening at all,
even if you put in much effort to chase after your payment …..
So, a tragedy …….
It happened to me that they denied it in my face that I had worked on a certain project at all, though I input several, several hours into it, and also submitted proof of it to them …….
I can’t understand how resource experience can be this different along projects.
So all in all, I sadly have to say that major and minor negative experience outweighs the good experience ..…
It’s not all bad, but mostly it’s not good or far from good and far from what you would expect from such a company.
Not really recommend unless you are OK with the above described, causing you much frustration and stress.
(The projects are quite interesting though, considering their nature and content.)

Hello,
Thank you for such a fair and considered review — we really do appreciate you taking the time to lay out both the good and the difficult parts of your experience, and for sticking with us since 2024.
You've put your finger on something we take seriously: the experience shouldn't vary this much from one project to another. Smooth communication, clear guidelines, and payment that arrives on time should be the standard everywhere, not just on some projects — and where that hasn't been the case, particularly the delayed or disputed payments you describe, we're genuinely sorry. Chasing payment for work you've completed and can prove is exactly the kind of thing that shouldn't happen.
We'd like to look into the specific projects where things went wrong for you, especially the payment that was disputed despite your proof of work. If you're open to it, please send us a DM on any of our socal media profiles with your registered email and the projects involved, and we'll do our best to help get those looked into properly.
Thank you again for the honest and balanced feedback — it genuinely helps us. 😊

Account Terminated because of VPN
I had an account with OneForma. Unfortunately, I was using a family laptop, where one of our members was using a VPN and they left it on. When I logged the account, without noting that the VPN was on, the account was terminated instantly. The problems is not there, but I have contacted them, it is barely 7 days, no response, nothing. I thought this is a company w=to work with and engage. I wish they speed up their customer support and solves some issues.

Hello Elijah,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused you. 😊
We completely understand how disappointing it is to have an account affected unexpectedly, and to then be left waiting for a response. Account decisions are handled by our dedicated Account Review team, who look at each case individually and thoroughly. For security and privacy reasons we're limited in what we can share publicly about any specific case, so the best step is to have them review yours directly.
Please feel free to reach out to them at [email protected], or send us a DM here and we'll do our best to flag your case internally on your behalf.
Please also rest assured that OneForma pays for all valid contributions. Wishing you all the best! 😊

Great Platform, but Unfair Account Deactivation and No Response from Review Team
I had a disappointing experience with OneForma regarding account handling and support. My account was suddenly marked inactive due to what appears to be a system error. I had only switched from my mobile device to my PC while reviewing project guidelines for better clarity, and this was flagged as suspicious activity.
I was continuously working on the LightSpeed and Isaac projects, which makes this situation even more frustrating.
I do want to acknowledge that payments and the PO process have been smooth and reliable, which is a positive aspect of the platform. Additionally, the Instagram support team was responsive and replied within 2–3 days.
However, the review team’s lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups over the past month regarding my appeal (Case ID: CAS-217521-Z8L5T5), but have received no response at all.
I sincerely hope the company improves its review and support process, and I would appreciate any assistance in reviewing my case and helping me get my account reactivated.
Thank you.

Communication needs to be MUCH better
Was invited to a project and was going through the boarding process. I've spent time mastering the guidelines, but I had issues logging in, so I could not proceed further. I've contacted the project leaders and it took ages to get a reply. Sometimes I had to send a reminder. All in all it took over a month before I was told the project batch had already finished and I'm left with an unrestored account. I feel like I wasted time & energy and until this day I still haven't got an answer back on my request if the account could still get restored. Bit of a turn off to work on any future projects.

very poor experience
I’ve had a very poor experience with payments on this platform.
I completed different types of work was supposed to be paid out in the previous payment cycle. The payment failed initially because my Payoneer account was not connected.
I was then clearly instructed by project management that once I connected Payoneer, the payments would be processed in the next cycle. I followed those instructions immediately and set everything up correctly in early March.
After that:
- Payment support took over two weeks to respond
- No resolution was provided
- Instead, I was told I now have to wait an additional full month due to a “cut-off policy”
This is despite the fact that:
- The work was completed three months ago
- The payments had already been processed once
- The failure was due to a fixable setup issue, now resolved
- I followed all instructions given by their own team
- Different representatives provided conflicting information
Delaying already approved payments by an additional month after giving incorrect guidance is not acceptable.
If you plan to work with similar platforms, be aware that payment issues can take months to resolve and internal communication can be inconsistent.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused by the payment delays and conflicting information. The cut-off policy is in place to ensure accurate processing, but we understand this has been inconvenient given your situation.
Please send us a direct message (DM) so we can assist you further and help get your case reviewed. We appreciate your patience and will share your feedback internally to improve our processes.

Kind of dodgy and a waste of time nowadays.
I have been with OneForma (and the prior Pactera) since 2016, and in my experience, it has gone downhill since early 2023. That was the last time I was paid for a project on there, actual work on there. Recently, a lot of emails about certifications, but not much support for those, or not at all, not replying to my emails about the guidelines, or only vague help at best. The guidelines by the client are sometimes unclear or don't make sense in parts, but the project staff only give limited/vague responses at best or not at all. Only a few project staff reply more helpfully, maybe 2 or 3 of them in the last few weeks. Some certifications I have passed, but no actual work yet, or there's another and another certification. So kind of dodgy and a waste of time nowadays. I'm probably sticking with Freecash mainly at the moment, made much more $ through them in the last year, than with Oneforma lately, and some of the other work platforms like Appen who also used to be good until the last 2-3 years.
