OneForma behaves like a scammy company. In my case, I started working to a project called Juniper, in mid August 2026. Until now, I only got paid for a small part of my work, from mid August to mid September. From September 16th until today October 23rd where the vast majority of work took place, not only I was paid nothing so far, but when I tried to login my account to see if my invoice was generated, I received an error message that I can't login, as my account has been disabled, because they claim that my account suddenly became inconsistent with their policies. Just that. No specific reasoning, nothing at all, aside from this general, vague and shady excuse. No contact beforehand, no warnings whatsoever. I replied for them to fix their mistake and re-enable my account, as I haven't done anything wrong, so I'm currently waiting for their response, if any. The shady thing in all that, is that they had been ignoring my payment requests for several weeks before someone from the project actually replied, and that out of all the days, they decided to disable my account today where they suppose to generate our invoices, and not any other previous day, meaning they wanted me to work for free all this time, and pay me nothing in the end. I hope that's not the case, but facts suggest otherwise.

If I could rate this -1 I would. I worked with them for a couple months and had no issues with pay. Then all the sudden my account was banned and deactivated. I have my own laptop with my own wifi so the whole “IP” address thing definitely didn’t apply to me so I lost all the contracts I was working on. I have spent 8!!! Months trying to reactivate my account, so you send in an account review they tell you it’s fixed, you login, and get immediately banned again. This happened 10 times in a row over 8 months and it’s an absolute joke. There’s no one to contact they tell you you’re “in the queue” for what? 8 months??? So yeah. Don’t waste time, don’t waste energy and don’t bother. Go with Mercor or Micro1. Both of which I’m active with now and have been amazing. I actually had to make an account here so I could warn others away.

After wasting hours on the onboarding and on applying for several roles and passing so many tests my account was suspended without any explanation. I also won’t get any answer back on why my account was suspended. Wouldn’t recommend this platform to anybody. Just a waste of time

Scammers! After paid work was done I tried to do verification, which passed and after that they blocked my account. No reply from support on my questions for days!

I applied for the job at the end of July and completed the orientation exam in August. I followed up repeatedly over the course of several weeks. In October, I saw an advertisement for the same position on Indeed. Naturally, I applied and informed the advisor that I had already passed the exam. They promised that I could start work in a few days. Two weeks later, I reached out again, but this time I received no response at all. Yesterday, I heard from another department within your organization stating that I had been excluded from the project due to "fraud." Now you’re telling me that the position is no longer being advertised. It seems to me that you take everyone for complete fools. Your entire customer service—and the company as a whole—is deeply outrageous. I’m not even surprised that the company has a 1.4 rating on Trustpilot. I am now joining that group of dissatisfied people with this angry and disappointed post. I regret the time and effort I invested in your project. And to top it all off, you actually have the nerve to suggest in your final sentence that I should look for another project with you! I have deleted my account immediately; I have absolutely no intention of spending even a single second working for such an unworthy company. Have you no shame?????

My experience with OneForma has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Despite completing 1,114 segments for the project, OneForma has excluded the entire project from payment based on alleged errors and quality issues.I am still waiting for approximately $638 in outstanding payments for completed project work. On top of that, I have experienced underpayment on another project. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues, customer support has been inadequate, with responses taking months. Getting clear answers and a fair resolution should not be this difficult. Freelancers invest their time, effort, and expertise into completing projects in good faith. We deserve to be paid correctly and on time. Instead, I have had to spend an unreasonable amount of time chasing money I believe I am owed. Based on my experience, OneForma's approach seems designed to lose contributors rather than retain them. Poor communication, unresolved payment disputes, and inadequate support undermine trust in the platform. If these payment issues are not resolved, I am prepared to escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities, including contacting the U.S. Department of Labor to determine whether it can assist with my complaint. I strongly encourage other freelancers to keep detailed records of their completed work, agreed rates, invoices, and all communications regarding payments. OneForma needs to take payment disputes seriously, provide meaningful support, and pay contributors what they are owed. Until my issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this platform

Worst site ever, they purposely terminate account and only gather your private information. they deserve worst than 1.4 star ratings. A bunch of scammers who ask you to do tasks then deactivate your account. Their contact support is absolutely a joke. 0.00 stars out of 5.
