Interesting work, legit payments, slow support
The company works in a way that brings together people from different time zones. The work is interesting but can not be considered full time job. Support could be better because sometimes I did not get response back. Payments are easier and are hassle free.

I just worked on one project in N/A
I've only worked on one project in OneForma, and it's a good application, but the service response for job applications is sometimes unclear or misunderstood, and a bit late. Except for the [ISAAC-DEO] en_US-id_ID project, which was well-serviced.

I enjoy the work but want more of it
I enjoy the work itself and the good communication with the project managers, as well as the turn around time of payments, but I wish the pay was better and the work more frequent. Sometimes months go by without any available work.

I really enjoy working with different projects on Oneforma. Tasks are easy and enjoyable to do. Every time I received my payment in time without any issues.

3 weeks and counting for a simple MFA recovery code
Guess I am far from being the only one who mistakenly lost a recovery key and had to change authenticator app on top of that...But I just want to ask a polite question : why didn't you test MFA in the first place before launching it? I heard even MFA would soon be unsufficient against cybercriminals (if not already)... UPDATE: problem solved

Support takes time to answer but when…
Support takes time to answer but when they answer it is satisfactory. It is hard to get into a new project even if it shows that I have been Hired in the project. The system constantly says that my account has been flagged as suspicious but when I'm checking their help center to try to find the reason, none of the ones listed applies to me.

Happy to be part of OneForma community! I must admit, that technical issues happen 😭, especially after platform migration. And yes sometimes it takes a lot of time to get help. But in the end I always got my issues solved. Many thanks to the LinkedIn company's page administrator, who resolved my last issue!!!

I’d like to start by saying that every project manager has been incredibly helpful and always maintains a positive attitude, which makes for a really enjoyable and productive work environment. The training and meetings have also been very helpful, and it feels like a great team to be a part of. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience so far. The app is also easy to navigate and very user-friendly. There have been some minor issues, like occasional freezing or duplicate hits, but these are rare and easy to handle.
