I have been working with OneForma for over four years, and until now, I have always had a positive experience. That is exactly why I am so disappointed to be writing this review. My current issue concerns a rate correction for Project Cosmos Cricket (fr_CA). Here are the facts: Service period: February 19 – March 18, 2026 Hours worked: 101.88 hours Correct rate: $15 USD/hour Rate I was paid: $12 USD/hour Amount paid: $1,222.56 USD Amount that should have been paid: $1,528.20 USD Unpaid difference: $305.64 USD On April 1, PM from OneForma confirmed the rate error and promised that the missing amount would be included in the April payment. It was not. When my May invoice arrived, the missing amount was still not there. I contacted the payment team and was told that no payment order had ever been created for this correction. Jon advised me to contact the project manager directly, as only the PM can create the payment order. The problem is — that person has completely disappeared. No replies to emails, no responses to messages. It is as if the PM has gone off the grid. I have been trying to resolve this for months. I have reached out to the PM and other OneForma contacts multiple times, but no one has replied at all — not a single word. For a platform I have trusted and worked with for four years, this level of silence is shocking and deeply unprofessional. I really did not want to write this review. I have always appreciated the opportunities OneForma has given me. But after months of chasing a $305.64 payment that was promised and never delivered — with absolutely zero communication from anyone — I feel I have no other choice. All I want is for someone to take responsibility, either replace the missing PM or authorise the payment directly, and pay me what I am owed. If OneForma reads this: please, just respond and resolve this.

Absolute garbage system and zero support. Fix my account immediately!Yesterday, I finally managed to complete your broken ID verification process after it repeatedly failed for days. I reached the success screen on my PC, only for your system to immediately log me out upon redirecting to the OneForma homepage.When I tried to log back in, I was hit with an error stating: "Current user is Inactivated."Because your system kept failing my earlier attempts, you clearly flagged my successful verification as "suspicious activity" and blocked my profile without a shred of justification or warning. This is completely unacceptable. You cannot block users for your own technical glitches.Unblock my account and fix this error immediately. Case ID: 9466375

You have to understand before reading this review that I have had jobs meaning W2 employment, and contract work with a wide variety of companies that do exactly what OneForma does - contractors for technology companies that hire remote workers. Okay, imagine taking all the time, effort and WORK to fill out, complete, and pass all of the assessments required to get a job on this platform. And then completely studying all of the guideline materials. Just for the company to offer you an exam THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE GUIDELINES THAT YOU JUST READ! Of course I failed that exam because how would I know anything that they're talking about in the wrong exam? When I wrote to them explaining the situation, I almost immediately got an email back saying: "We decided not to proceed with your application". Now imagine how infuriated you would feel. Get your craft together OneForma.

I am extremely disappointed with OneForma and the handling of the Lighthouse and Cherry Opal projects. I worked consistently for more than 150 hours, often completing 9–10 hours of work per day and following all project requirements. After completing the work, I received an email stating that my OneForma account had been disabled for alleged fraudulent activity. No clear evidence or detailed explanation was provided. What is even more concerning is that I was informed that no payment would be processed for the hours I had already completed because payments are handled through OneForma. Workers who have invested significant time and effort deserve transparency, due process, and payment for legitimately completed work. I have contacted the account review team and expect a fair investigation. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will explore all available legal options regarding unpaid work and compensation. I hope OneForma and the Cherry Opal management team review this situation fairly and treat contributors with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

My account was suspended without any explanation on the 16th March. I contacted support multiple times and only received automated replies — never a real response. Meanwhile, I'm still receiving job invitation emails to the same suspended account. A complete waste of time. Avoid.

1. I keep getting invitations to projects, but then I'm denied access to the project. 2. I'm trying to take certain exams, but I do need to see the training material, which you can't find anywhere on their website. 3. I have certificates in my dashboard, but I'm denied access. 4. I wanted to become a member of their community: only designated email addresses are allowed (mine was no desgnated, needless to say). 5. Customer service has no notion of what customer service involves.

A disgrace of a company with virtually non-existent customer service. They disabled my account without explanation and have ignored every appeal and support request I've sent over the past eight months. The only messages they seem to respond to are public complaints, presumably to protect their reputation. Even then, the replies appear to be scripted, inviting users to send a direct message that they have no intention of answering. This company shows zero respect for its users. Their lack of transparency and complete failure to engage with legitimate customer concerns is unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities, as businesses should not be allowed to operate this way. Save yourself the frustration and stay well away.

I logged out my account from my laptop and tried logging in on my mobile and was told that my account has been disabled due to suspicious activities. I was kind of surprised because I don’t have vpn on my phone, so where is the suspicious activities coming from? I am disappointed.
