I paid $10 or so more for two day shipping and that was on a Friday. Today is Tuesday afternoon and I just received a tracking number that says “no information available” with USPS. So what did I pay the additional $10 for? I still don’t have my order.

I ordered 4 packs of hair and the color I ordered wasn’t available. I was contacted immediately and asked if I wanted a similar color or a refund. I went with the similar color and got my package in the time I was told I would. A great customer service experience! And I loved the hair.

Order a hair from the 11th of September. Hair is not available and they don't want to cancel the order and release the hold from my card. Called and finally get someone and they said they will be canceling the order and release the hold and up to know it hasn't been done. Send over a 100 email for these people to cancel the order and release my money , still no reply. At this point I don't need the hair, just need my money back.
