Hi Sandra, thank you for taking the time to write the review. The shipping delays are equally frustrating for us. Shipping times during the holiday season becomes a challenge with all carriers but we promise we are working on new ideas with exciting partners to expedite deliveries all over the US. As a Small business we appreciate your business.

Hi Beverly, thank you for your informative review. As many brands bring new colors, we follow up to get their images and update them regularly. We do not like the "color image coming soon" and are working with the brands to get them updated as soon as we can. Thank you for your business and please don't be a stranger.
