The wait period going to the port was…
The wait period going to the port was ridiculous I ended up taking a lift back because the driver never showed up after 45 minutes of waiting starting at 7:30 in the morning I'll never Park in Miami at your lot again I'll continue to use Premier Parking I did Book Fort Lauderdale I hope it's better

Misleading about parking prices
Misleading about parking prices. I was quoted $121 online for parking spot from 11-22 to 11-29. Upon exiting the gate on 11-29 I was given no option, but to pay $165. That’s over $20 per day of parking!! I know I can find a cheaper place for the same duration. Never again On Air Parking.

Lost our bags
The parking structure was difficult to find due to all the construction. We had to go past do not enter signs to get to the gate. This is obviously no fault of the company. When we arrived, two different people were checking us in and shuffled us onto a bus. When we arrived at the cruise terminal, the driver left us behind and we didn't have our bags. We spent the first day driving to different ports and back to the lot looking for our bags. It was a very stressful start to our vacation. When we returned to Port, there were no signs or directions to tell us where to get picked up. We called the number on the sticker and waited 5 minutes before the driver arrived. When we got back to the lot, there was a line of cars blocking the entrance so we had to leave our bags on the road to walk to the compound. Our car was so wedged in we couldn't get out. We had to ask them to move other cars and they couldn't find the keys. It took an hour before we could leave.

⚠️ WARNING: Parking Scam — Do NOT Use This Place We booked our parking spot in advance, paid the full amount, showed up exactly at our scheduled drop-off and pick-up times, and followed every instruction. But when we arrived to pick up our car, they charged an extra $45 for no reason. We showed them our confirmation email, payment proof, and booking details — and they still couldn’t explain why the extra charge was added. The staff just kept saying “that’s what the system shows,” without giving any real explanation. This place is scamming people with surprise fees, even when you follow the schedule exactly. Avoid this parking location. Save your money and go somewhere honest.
