Changes
The parking at "Park at he Docks" was great. However, my confirmed parling for our next trip was changed by you to s different provider. I am not happy about that.

We booked last minute since we didn’t…
We booked last minute since we didn’t expect the weather to was bad that morning. Easy process in booking and very quick parking process. Then when my husband came back after midnight they gladly picked up my husband. Highly recommended especially the value.

Indoor parking near the cruise with free shuttle
The indoor parking near the cruise lines entrance was nice, but the shuttles were caught in a very bad traffic gridlock, nearly causing us to miss the Celebrity cruise ship's departure time (we eventually got an Uber, making it 45 minutes before gangplank up). Our car was safely kept indoors for the week and we plan to use this facility in the future, hopefully without traffic issues!
