Check-in was easy and smooth
Check-in was easy and smooth, with great parking availability and convenient shuttle service. My only recommendation would be to provide a listing of the shuttle times at the airport, as that would make the process even easier for guests.
Response from On Air ParkingSep 18, 2026
Thanks for the great feedback Aliea! We're so glad you had a smooth experience. The shuttle runs about every 30 minutes upon request, so pick up times can vary a bit rather than following a set schedule. We really appreciate your suggestion, and will look at how we can make pick up instructions easier to access and clearer for future traveler. Hope to see you again on a future trip!

We love hearing this Whitney! A friendly driver can make such a difference after a long day of travel. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to the facility manager so they can share them with her - we're sure it'll make her day. Hope to see you again next time!
