While researching tax resolution firms back in 2008, it appears that everyone started with someone that had left Omni Financial. They have stayed with me since 2007 helping every step of the way to ensure that the tax problems were resolved in an affordable fashion. Will Beard has been brilliant in his handling of my case and his dealings with the IRS and state tax division. This has been a drawn out affair, but it is very close to being settled. My opinion is that you can’t go wrong with Omni, and if you case is especially complex, ask for Will.

Omni Financial did exactly as promised, and more, for the initial fee quoted of $3800. An IRS Tax Collector had refused to allow a payment plan and threatened to declare our business insolvent for tax debt of $80,000 and personally assess me for $40,000. Additionally, the Tax Collector had already levied the business' bank accounts. Omni Financial got the levied reversed and money returned to us and secured an affordable payment plan for the business and advised on the personal assessment, which also allowed us a payment plan. My company was all but over with a $600,000 Federal Tax Lien. Omni Financial took the IRS head on and saved my business. Worked out a payment plan that we could live with. Also, we were able to move the business forward as Omni kept the Feds away from the door. It helped us to double our top line revenue in one year. We should be able to pay our Lien off within the next year while still expanding the business.
