I worked with Will Beard at Omni and my tax debt was large and spread over a long period of time. Omni set a flat price and never asked for a penny more even though it took years to ultimately resolve rather than a few months. Although it took much, much longer than anticipated it was not because of Omni and there were never collection actions taken against me during this time.
