I recently purchased a Rolex watch from OMI Jewelry and I could not be more happy! My watch is stunning!! And the customer service is second to none! I needed 2 extra links, called and asked what I needed to do and without question, they sent me the links within 2 days. Knowing I'm in Texas and not able to go to the storefront, they were thoughtful enough to ask me if I had an authorized Rolex dealer to install the links. That tells me they truly care about the product they sell. Thank you for the amazing watch and customer service! I will definitely buy my next watch from OMI!

Dissapointed!
Very poorly trained salesperson. Stated delivery would be over night when I was discussing the watch with him. After having purchased the watch I receive an email saying that it would take them 3-5 business days to ship. I called and Russel (owner) answered the phone. He had it shipped the same day. I was told by Walter that the watch was serviced. It was not!! Old gaskets and damage on the device module sue to internal failure. This is not the first second hand gray market fine watch purchase I make. I own 8 Rolex watches all purchased used but the others were actually fully serviced prior sale. Not Recommended!

We would like to extend our apology in this case. It was a simple miscommunication. Our shipping policy states on every confirmation email and our website that we ship with 3-5 business days overnight. However this does not mean we ship next day. We do also offer 2 years warranty free of charge and any issue with the watch immediately addressed to our team is repaired. In this case our employee Walter was in touch with you with all the purchasing process and after watch was received by you, however you never mentioned that there is something wrong with the watch. Our employee Walter also sent you warranty documents you were requesting and still it was no indication from your side that there is something wrong with the watch. Finally our employee Walter was in touch with you when you received the watch to collect the feedback and still it was not indication from you that there is something wrong. Please let us know what can we do for you to set thing right.

Great Experience
I had a great experience with OMI. I received my watch the next day and it is so beautiful! I went into the showroom to have it sized and they were so helpful and patient, adjusting it several times so it was perfect. I still can't believe the amazing price I got!
