I love my watch! And The Jeweler and his staff has provided me outstanding customer service. My watch arrived too small for my large wrist, I called they immediately resolved my issue. 2 days later, additional link arrived at my door. Will purchase from them again.

The experience was good , but the product we bought had the smallest watch band I have ever seen ... we will have to spend 300-600 just so it will fit .
