I love my watch. Very beautiful piece as advertised. Great service they even FaceTimed me to provide assistance. Definitely will purchase from them again

10/10 Watch! Walter was an awesome help! Will be shopping again!

Excellent fast customer service

Easy return and very professional.

Good communication, the watch arrived in 7 - 10 days, it has kept perfect time and is a very pretty time piece. It looks new, but Rolex's do maintain their value decades later. Happy.....thank you.

Beautiful selections, bang for your buck and excellent customer service (not to mention the watch came with an Appraisal paperwork). When I received my Rolex, unfortunately, the 2nd hand wasn’t working. Right away, I texted Walter and guess what? He FaceTimed me! That reassuring feeling that there is an actual person on the other end who will take care of it is beyond wonderful. So yes, watch was sent back to NY and delivered back here in the West Coast within a week!

The watch is lovely, and I especially appreciate the accompanying appraisal. The company was very responsive to my emails and followed through as promised.

You Guys are awesome
